Explanation:

5. Sclerenchyma tissues can be found in stems, roots, and vascular bundles in leaves. The cells of this tissue are dead. They are long and narrow as the walls are thickened due to lignin, a chemical substance, which acts as a cement and hardens them.

6.The cells of sclerenchyma vary in size and shape. They are placed in two groups: the fibres and sclereids. The cells of the fibres are elongate whereas the cells of sclereids are short isodiametric or irregular in shape.

Hope this helps you!!✌️
