There are 3 main stages In tissue culture:-

1 Stage = is the initiation phase. it concern the established of plant tissue in vintro by sterilizing the material and initiating it into culture

2 Stage = is the multiplication phase.

3 Stage = It includes callus transfer to suspension cultures which contain all the necessary nutritions except the gelling agent.
