I think we draw a heart like that because emojis have been provided resembling a heart like that. Its easy as little kids to make a heart with our hands and since our teachers dont want to confuse us they keep it like that but as we grow bigger our teachers are ready t explain us complicated concepts and therefore tell us how a real heart is.
