the soil becomes too acidic due to the excess use of chemicals and fertilizer and pesticides
it can be treated by basic substances like calcium oxide or calcium hydroxide

Because of Rainfall , Leaching or other Phenomenon Soils become Acidic and the Soils can have a Basic Medium because of gaining of several Basic Salts of Potassium or Calcium .
Treatment :
More Acidic Soils should be provided with Base so as to Neutralise it , same should be with Basic Soils to provide them with Acidic Elements . These Elements should not be given in Concentric form .
