most of the state governments have already taken the decision that junior classes won't have and exams and will be getting general promotion. therefore schools won't be reopened for them . they might reopen for the next session but for this session there is no hope for school reopening for junior classes
as of classes 9 and 11 schools will probably be reopened by January as it has been declared that they will have offline exams . and for board class yes , schools will be reopened
