s=d/t

if its given in m/s then multiply it with 18/5 u can get it into km/h

so 200/24*18/5

then just put formula

s =  \frac{d}{t}  \\  =  > s =  \frac{200}{24}   \\  =  > s =  \frac{ \frac{200}{1000} }{ \frac{24}{60 \times 60} } \\  =  > s =  \frac{200 \times 60 \times 60}{24 \times 1000}   \\  =  > s =  \frac{20 \times 36}{24}  \\  =  > s = 30

Therefore,

Speed of athlete is = 30km/h
