Hello your answer....

Is it possible to start a sentence with I is?

In a special construction, yes. For example;

“I” is the subject of the sentence, “I wrote a sentence illustrating the grammatically correct use of ‘I is’.”

Normally, though, “I is” would be incorrect. I can’t think of any circumstance, aside from a discussion of grammar or a direct quote (of someone else’s bad grammar), in which you could properly start a sentence that way.
