I am not able to join their groups or
even I can't see that someone is answering my question or not plz tell me what to do​

it was the formal feature of this app but now it has been removed from this app

if you want to do so then download Tha app dual space and add brainly in it and then open ur account there then u can join live chat as i am doing...
