guys i am not able to learn even small answers and also I am not able to concentrate so plz give me ur advise so that it can help me

Heya...
If you are not able to learn then just set a thing in your mind that you never had to learn or mug up, just read the chapter by your heart and get the concepts clear.
Never thought that you can't do it just be positive and have confidence on yourself, you can do anything.
Never be busy in your studies all the time, it may makes your mind dull.Do some recreational activities and have fun. Be fresh and concentrate.
Else all the best and just rock in exams !!!!
