2) Click in a cell to the left or right of where u want to add column. Tobadd coloumn to left of the cell click insert left in the rows and columns group. And same to the right (vise versa).

3)Click a row or cell in the table, and then click the Layout tab (this is the tab next to the Table Design tab on the ribbon).
Click Delete, and then click the option you need in the menu, i.e. delete cells, delete rows,etc.
4)Click the table cell where you want your result.
Click the Table Tools Layout tab and click Formula.
In the Formula box, delete the SUM formula, but keep the equal sign (=). Then click the Paste function box and click the function you want i.e. average,sum,etc.
5)Split cells is a feature that will allow you to divide a single column or row into more rows especially if you would like to fix some data in between the existing rows or columns.
6)Select the column or columns that you want to change.
On the Home tab, in the Cells group, click Format.
Under Cell Size, click Column Width.
