guys i have a simple doubt to which i need a clear and brief explanation.

for instance -
if there is a number like 2√4......... what is the answer.... how to get the answer.......plz guys, i always get confused in these kinds of sums....plz explain me how to solve these questions....by the way, this is not a school question , so u can take ur own time
