As per your question I just want to say that we can't establish equality in society even at our thousand efforts. As you are well aware that all the fingers of the hand is not of the same size similarly in our society but we can change our view towards society with new perspective i.e. equality by just giving importance to humanity. “ We blame society, but we are society”. If we all do a random act of equality daily. We just might set the society in the right direction.
furthermore, I want to say we should focus on “equity” not on “equality”.
Equity involves treating each individual according to his or her needs.
Whereas, Equality involves treating every individual in the same manner irrespective of their differences.
I think providing equity instead of equality is the best way.
