To start a hindi speech firstly wish/greet one and all prsent over there (for eg- सुप्रभात माननीय मुख्याध्यापका जी, शिक्षक गण व मेरे सभी सहपाठियों). Then introduce yourself and the topic you will be speaking about.

After starting with the written main matter, firstly before coming to the main topic give a glance of some things related to it (something related to its history) as the introduction.

Then heading towards the second para then start about your topic and keep it connected and in a continuation with the intro.
