hey this step is the identity
(a²-b²)=a²+b²-2ab. where a is 3^(x+2) and b is 1
so the reverse of this identity is same
that is a²+b²-2ab=a²-b².
so 3^{(x+2)2} -2×3^(x+2)×1 +(1)². =. {3^(x+2) -1}²
