guys please clear my doubts , Did the message settings of brainy.in app change???
it is because when I select to message a person it is shown, 'THE PERSON IS NOT ACCEPTING YOUR MESSAGE AT THIS TIME' can u tell why it is shown like that ..... Then list some changes which occur when we block someone

If someone blocks you .This situation will arise while you message that user it's show that" The person is not accepting your message at the time".

That user may have problem from you or by mistake she /he do .Kindly inform her or his to unblock..

You can unblock any user by brainly website !
