Hi there!

Answer :-

AD and BC are opposite sides of parallelogram ABCD. So,

\sf\red{AD = BC}

DE and CF are opposite sides of parallelogram DCFE. So,

\sf\blue{DE = CF}

AE and BF are opposite sides of parallelogram ABFE. So,

\sf\pink{AE = BF}

So by SSS congruency rule,

Δ ADE ≈ Δ BCF

Now by congruent part of corresponding triangles,

ar(ADE) = ar(BCF)

Hence Proved.
