Let inner radius be 'r'.

Inner circumference = 176 m

2\pi \: r = 176 \\ 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r = 176 \\ r = 28 \: m

Now, width = 7 m

So radius of outer circle, R = 28 + 7 = 35 m

So, outer Circumference =

2\pi \: R = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 35 = 220 \: m

So, Cost of fencing the outer boundary wall = 220 × 21 = ₹ 4620
