let

the radius of base of CYCLINDER=2x

the hieght of CYCLINDER=3x

given

the volume of CYCLINDER=1617cm³

According to the question

↪\pi {r}^{2} h = 1617 \\  \\ ↪ \frac{22}{7}  \times  2x \times 2x \times 3x = 1617 \\  \\  ↪12 {x}^{3}  \times 22 = 1617 \times 7 \\  \\ ↪ {x}^{3}  =  \frac{1617 \times 7}{12 \times 22}  \\  \\ ↪ {x}^{3}  =  \frac{343}{8}  \\  \\ ↪ {x}^{3}  = ( \frac{7}{2} ) {}^{3}  \\  \\ ↪x =  \frac{7}{2}  = 3.5

•radius=2*3.5=7cm

•height=3*3.5=10.5cm

*hence:-

Total surface area of CYCLINDER

↪2πr(r+h)

↪2*22/7*7(7+10.5)

↪2*22*17.5

↪770cm²
