She was driving at a high speed, preoccupied with her thoughts of the shoot. Engrossed in her own concerns, she did notice the 22 year old unemployed youth coming her way. Her car hits Suraj, critically injuring him and crashes into an electric pole. The splinters from the eyesight get permanently lodged in Sunaina's eyes, damaging her eyes permanently. Meanwhile, Suraj dies at the hospital. His eyes are donated to the hospital by his family and the cornea is used to restore Sunaina's eyesight.
