vaporization is transitional phase of an element or compound from a solid phase or liquid phase to a gas phase while evaporation is a type of vaporization where in the transition from a liquid phase to a gas phase takes place below the boiling temperature at a given pressure, and it occurs on the surface

While, vaporization occurs when pressure developed in a liquid is equal or greater than the vapour pressure of the atmosphere above liquid media. It is intresting to know, evaporation occurs at every temperature , while vaporization occurs only at boiling point.
