Dear friend,

Hope all is well with you and others at home. For the last few days, I have been reeling under a strange feeling of guilt. So, I thought to write a letter to you about my reason behind such unconsciousness.

An old man named Ali used to come to the post office at five in the morning and would sit for hours, waiting for a letter from her daughter. He continued doing so for over for over five years. One day, he stopped me and gave me five golden guineas and asked me to deliver his letter, if it comes, to his grave.

Unfortunately, when I recieved his letter, it was too late for him. He had died some days ago.
This made me ponder about the distressed life of Ali and his pain of separation from her daughter.

Such consistent behaviour to wait for 5 years for her daughter 's letter and regardless of the haughty attitude of the postmaster didn' t made him to give up and lose his faith.
