 \frac{2}{3x}  -  \frac{2}{2x}  =  \frac{1}{12}

 \frac{4x -6x }{6x {}^{2} }  =  \frac{1}{12}

 \frac{ - 2x}{6x {}^{2} }  =   \frac{1}{12}

  -  \frac{1}{3x}  =  \frac{1}{12}

-12 = 3x

x = -4
