Earlier the society was not divided on caste basis. People chose their professional and work at free will depending on their skill and knowledge. As the time passed and the profession, when continued and carried on by generation after generation, came to be associated with that family as a unique identity in the society.
Later on this associated profession and work paved the way for discriminatory Caste System. It is ridiculous that even in this Tech era of 21st century we still value this system to discriminate between people with no rational basis. There is no scientific explanation of this Caste system. Let us all come above this baseless caste based discrimination.
