1...

plasma membrane is considered as as the most delicate membrane which is also known as selectively permeable membrane when is membrane ruptures or damages any pathogen can enter into the cell and may change the activities and activities of a cell and as a result the cell maybe die

2.. Amoeba obtains the food with the help of is false feet known as pseudopodia its uses over the particle and forms of food vacuole which comes inside the cell and observe and simulate in the cytoplasm and this process is known as phagocytosis

Answer:

1 .If the plasma membrane ruptures or breakdown then the cell will not be able to exchange material from its surrounding by diffusion or osmosis. Thereafter the protoplasmic material will be disappeared and the cell will die.

2.Amoeba obtains its food by the process of endocytosis. It has flexible cell membrane. It engulfs the food particle with the help of pseudopodia and then forms a vacuole around it. When the particle is completely trapped the amoeba secretes digestive enzymes that digests the food. thus the amoeba obtains it's food.
