Firstly the wire is same in both the conditions so resistance will be same for both the cases

Case1- I₁ =4 A , V₁ =220V

              so according to Ohm's law

                   R=V/I = 220/4 =55 Ω

Casse2- I₂ = 2 A , R = 55 Ω

                so according to Ohm's law

                   R=V/I ⇒V= IR =55×2 = 110 V

                   V₂= 110 V
