First of all you need to remember the formula for Viscous force.

Let the viscous force be F

Then,

F = n*A*(dv/dl),

where n = coefficient of viscosity, A is Surface area, (dv/dl) is the velocity gradient.

So initial force be F1.

F1 = n*A*(dv/dl)

Now, new surface area = (2*3)A = 6A.

So Let new force be F2

F2 = n*6A*(dv/dl)

F2 = n*6A*(dv/dl)=> F2 = 6*F1 => 6*10 => 60 N

F2 = n*6A*(dv/dl)=> F2 = 6*F1 => 6*10 => 60 NSo the answer is 60 N.
