p = 2\pi \: r  -  \frac{\pi \: r}{2}  + 2r  = 40\\  \\  \frac{3\pi \: r}{2}  + 2r = 40 \\ 3\pi \: r + 4r = 80 \\ r(3\pi + 4) = 80 \\ r =  \frac{80}{(3\pi + 4)}  \\ now \: area =  \pi{r}^{2}  -  \frac{ \pi{r}^{2} }{4}  \\  =  \frac{3\pi \:  {r}^{2} }{4}  \\ put \: r \: from \: above
