More to know :

The words that are not verbs but act as one. They usually are called Helping words. Examples are am , is , are , was, were , will, shall , should, could, can , would , etc. Such words are known as auxillaries . Here in the given questions we chose the correct option from the given ones and completed the sentences .

Why other options don't fit in ?

See dear in the first Question would is the only that makes the perfect sense because using ought to feels awkward and weird , using must is not appropriate , using may seems good but isn't the correct answer as in the last sentence only may would fit in . And for the other two left sentences we have , ought because we always use ought with the word "to" . And we will use must for the left one .
