let the desired time be t hrs
then s×t us distance so
3(t+1/4)=distance where 1/4 is 15 min in terms of hrs
also 4(t-1/4)=distance
since journey distance is same for both cases so
3t+3/4=4t-1 or t=7/4 hrs
so distance will be 3(7/4+1/4)=6kms
