I think that you should read at night ..All the school works and tuition work should be done at evening time and Complete your own target ( Different subjects syllabuses ) at night ..

i don't have tution i come home at 5pm
Oh then between 7 to 8 , you can Complete your schools work
and take rest then , start your study from 10 ' o clock and read till you want

First of all you should make a routine and follow it by your soul and by great faith.I know that it's a very difficult task but if you will fix then you can do it easily.I am telling you my real experience dear friend. You should left some coachings which is not usefull.You should talk to your parents and teachers on this .Thay will give you better option and suggestions. And one thing more,You should never try to read till late night .Because it gives very load to the mind.If you have to study then waje up at 02 or 03 in morning and do your study.You can take help of your mother in waking up.
