To understand it we need to understand why soap are required.soap are used to clean substances.There are two things to be cleaned:

1 Dirt

2 oil or other organic solution

Dirt gets away with water but oil is organic therefore it can't get dissolve in water and so we need to find another way to move it away with water. This can be done if somehow we can conect the oil molecules with water

Here comes the dashing entry of our hero - long chain of hydrocarbon compound of sodium and potassium salts. This compound has Na and K in one end .

Therefore this ends are ionic and dissolves in water but the other end has covalent character of hydrocarbon and therefore dissolves in oil and therefore connects oil with water.

This causes our oil to flow away with water. This oil is at the center and the compound connecting it to water surrounds it and forms a sphere . This spherical structure is called miscel.
