From the given figure

 \angle \: A = 89°

So

 \angle \: B  \:  +  \angle \: C  = (180° - 89°) = 91°

So  \angle \: A is the bigger than the other two

We know that opposite side of the bigger angle is larger

So BC is larger than AB & AC

NOW In order to form a triangle

AB + AC > BC

SO

BC < 13+14

SO

BC < 27

BC is greater than 27 cm
