Answer: 5615 km

Step-by-step explanation:

In 1st plane, She flies for 3 hours at an average speed of 625 km/h ,

Distance covered = Speed × Time = 625× 3= 1875 km

In 2nd plane, She then flies for 4 hours 15 minutes at an average speed of 880 km/h,

Distance covered in 2nd plane = Speed × Time

[ 4hr+15min= 4+15/60= 4+ 1/4= 17/4 hrs]

= 880 × 17/4= 220×17= 3740 km

Total distance covered by plane = 1875+ 3740= 5615 km
