HEY!

\frac{h}{6}-1 = -3

\frac{h}{6} = -3+1      {when we transfer -1 to the other side it will become +1}

\frac{h}{6} = -2

h= -2*6 {As 6 is in division, it will become multiplication when we move it.}

h= -12
