So if the energy of the electron os -3.4 e.v you can find easly the fundamental quantic number n knowing the bound energy for n=1 is -13.6 e.v. So, divide -13.6/(-3.4) =4, the square root of 4 is 2, than the n=2 for tour energy. Now just apply the formula for the radius of the orbit, and u find the distance.
