• let the 2 no is x and y
• then xy=2×154 =308
• and given that x-y=8
• using the formula
• (x+y)^2 =(x-y)^2 +4xy
• putting the above values in this formula we get
• (x+y)^2 =64+308×4

=1296

then x+y=36 or -36 it depends that no are positive or negative generally we take positive value
