In the figure we can see a equalitor which has 2 downside open polythene bags on two side of equilator.

Later what we see is a candle burnt down one polyethene.

Then the happening is that the candle releases hot air and unburnt particles.And as we know that the warn air rises up than cold air.

So the warm air rises to the polyethene bag and when the bag couldnt tolerate its force it gets pressure and rises up.

That makes the movement of equalitor to one side up and one down.

bro due to burning candle,force is applied upward due to gases which downs rod to other side.
