Bcoz phosphorous acid formula is H3PO3 it's structure contain 2 OH which have 2 replaceable hydrogen so it is dibasic

Answer:

H3PO3 has three H atoms out of which only tow are attached through oxygen, and are ionisable. Third hydrogen is not ionisable because it is directly attached to phosphorous. Hence H3PO3 is a dibasic acid.
