Bond order of both N-N bonds is 2.

● Explanation -

Bond order is calculated as -
Bond order = (Total no of bonds betn two atoms in all resonating structures) / (Total no of resonating structures)

For 1st bond (HN-N),
Bond order = (2+1+3) / 3
Bond order = 2

For 2nd bond (N-N),
Bond order = (2+3+1) / 3
Bond order = 2

Hence, bond order is 2 for both N-N bonds.
