THE STATEMENT IS FALSE .AS THE H-ZONE CONSIST OF ONLY THICK FILAMENTS I.E, MYOSIN FILAMENTS.

This statement, H- zone of striated muscle fiber represents both thick and thin filaments is False.


The H- zone can be defined as the the central part of the thick filament that is not overlapped by the thin filament.


Thin filament are attached to the z discs of the striated muscles. The main protein of the thin filament is Actin.
