So, water exists as a liquid at room temperature with a high boiling point. Sulphur is less electronegative than oxygen, and the S-H bond is much less polar than the O-H bond. Hence, there is no hydrogen bonding in hydrogen sulphide, and it normally exists as agas with discrete H2S molecules.

H2S is Hydrogen sulphide.

Now to the ques:

O is more electronegative than S and has more tendency to pull electrons towards itself.

The interactions between the molecules of H2S is weak, so they are gas at room temperature while H2O has strong force of attraction among the molecules and so is liquid at room temp.
