No, when you react sulphuric acid with water it gives

H2SO4 + H2O-------- H3O + SO4

Answer:

When we add water to sulphuric acid, it breaks up into it's cations and anions, resulting in H(+) ion and SO4(2-) ion.

H2SO4 + H2O --》 H(+) + SO4(2–)

Then the H+ ions combine with H2O or water molecules, forming H3O(+) ions.

H(+) + H2O --》 H3O(+)
