Answer:

Mass of H2SO4 in 1 ml solution = 0.98% x specific gravity

 = 0.0098 x 1.08

 = 0.01058 g

Mass of H2SO4 in 1000 ml solution = 0.01058 g x 1000 = 10.58 g

Equivalent mass of H2SO4 = 49 g

 

Normality of the solution = 10.58 /49

 = 0.215 N
