H3PO4 + NaOH--------> NaH2PO4+H2O H3PO4 +2 NaOH-------->Na2HPO4+2H2O H3PO4+3 NaOH--------> Na3PO4 +3H2O.

So H3PO4 when reacts with 1,2,3moles of NaOH respectively we get

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate

Disodium hydrogen phosphate and

Sodium phosphate.
