साझेदारी संलेख के अभाव में लागू होने वाले नियम (Rules applicable in absence of Partnership Deed) 1. लाभ विभाजन अनुपात- साझेदारों के मध्य लाभ विभाजन समान अनुपात (बराबर 2) में होगा। 2. पूँजी पर ब्याज- साझेदारों को पूँजी पर ब्याज नहीं दिया जायेगा।
