yes it is true. habitat change occurs mostly through natural causes than human activity causes. natural causes mostly when they occur they cause more destruction because thy are always so severe. sometimes they even cause more deaths then the human activities. due to this severity, people will be forced to change their habitat because they cannot withstand. human activities are not always severe so people can withstand them hence low causes of change of habitat.
