The answer for the following question is-

The oxygen is diffused in the blood with haemoglobin, to form oxyhaemoglobin.

At normal sea the oxygen diffusion occurs normally. as the person is getting oxygen normally and he/she dost not have to struggle for it. The number of haemoglobin molecules that combine with oxygen molecules at normal sea level are 4.

Number of haemoglobin molecules that combine with oxygen 8 miles above sea level are  7.

At high sea levels the diffusion of oxygen molecules increases due to the increase in red blood cells count.
