approximately 67200u. Calculate the number of iron atoms present in one molecule.

Weight of Fe = (0.33/100)×67200 = 221.8
Weight of 1 atom of Fe = 55. 8
No.of atoms Fe = 221.8/55.8 = 4
Hence,4 atoms of iron is present in one molecule of haemoglobin
