Haemoglobin contains the mineral iron which the body gets from food. How would eating a diet deficient of iron affect the amount of oxygen tacked up by the blood?

Heamoglobin binds with oxygen to make oxyhaemoglobin. It can do so because of presence of iron. If iron is deficient then oxygen wouldnt be able to be absorbed
