Anemia occurs when you have a decreased level of haemoglobin in your red blood cells ( RBC'S). haemoglobin is the protein in your RBCs that is responsible for caring oxygen to your tissues. A poor diet or some intestinal disease that affect how the body absorbs the iron can also cause iron deficiency anemia....

Explanation:

A condition in which the blood doesn't have enough healthy red blood cells.

Anaemia results from a lack of red blood cells or dysfunctional red blood cells in the body. This leads to reduced oxygen flow to the body's organs.
